Baked Portobello mushrooms with Pomodoro sauce and burnt cheese


3 Portobello Mushrooms 3 slices of tomato 3 slices of yellow Zuchini 1 cup of pomodoro sauce 1/2 cup Buffalo mozzarella cheese 2 tsp of blue cheeese salt pepper rosemary thyme Parsely Garlic butter - 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp sugar - pinch Paprika - pinch

Step By Step Method

  • Scoop out the mushrooms and grill on a pan with garlic butter, until slightly tender. Place on a baking tray, place zuchini slices sprinkle with seasoning and herbs, place tomatoes over it and sprinkle with herbs and drops of balsamic vinegar and a few grains of sugar. Pour the Pomodoro sauce over all 3 pieces and sprinkle some fresh parsely leaves. Place the Buffalo mozzarella cheese slices over it and sprinkle with some salt and paprika Bake at 180 degrees until the cheese melts. Remove from oven and use a blow torch to brown the cheese and put a dollop of blue cheese on top. Serve hot.(If you do not have a blow torch you can bake till cheese browns)
