Step 1. Grate hundred grams of cottage cheese and cut the remaining into one-and-a half-inch cubes. Slice each cube into three layers without cutting through. Divide grated paneer in to three equal portions. In a bowl, mix together the khoya, saffron and salt.
Step 2. In another bowl, mix together the grated cottage cheese, beetroot paste,chili powder and salt. Take a cottage cheese cube; spread the green chutney over the first layer, the khoya mixture on the second layer and the cottage cheese mixture on the third layer.
Step 3. Mix together the hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, cardamom powder, salt, pepper powder and lemon juice.
Step 4. Add the stuffed cottage cheese cubes and mix gently so that all the cubes are evenly coated with the marinade. Set aside for about an hour.
Step 5. Pre heat the Air fryer at 180° C for four minutes. Lightly coat the fryer basket with oil.
Step 6. Keep the tikkas in the basket and lightly brush with oil. Air fry at 180° C for 4 minutes. Turn over and air fry for another 4 minutes or till done.
