Shahi Panner in Shahi way Paneer eloped in shahi gravy


Tomatoes 9 Onion 3 Ginger garlic paste as reqd Green chilli-1 Almond- 5-6 Cashew 5-6 Spices - coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric as reqd Salt as per taste Paneer- as reqd Ghee/Oil - 1 spoon Water- 2 cups Yoghurt half cup Cream half cup Kasoori methi 2 spoons



Step By Step Method

  • In a prestige pan saute green chilli, ginger garlic paste, almond, cashew, onions and tomatoes. Put some water and cover to boil. As the tomatoes become soft turn off the flame and let the batter cool down. Now with the help of mixer grinder grind the batter. With some oil in a pan put spices and then with the help of strainer pour the batter in the pan. Put yoghurt in the shahi gravy and then cream Mix well and induce Paneer in shahi gravy. Garnish with kasooori methi.
