The Tortilla Espanola, referred to in the English language as Tortilla, Spanish Omelette, is a typical Spanish dish consisting of an egg omelette made with added potatoes and fried in vegetable oil.


  • Egg - 3 Pcs
  • Capsicum - As per taste
  • Onion - As per taste
  • Tomato - As per taste
  • Crispy Potato - As per taste
  • Butter- 15 Gms
  • Salt- To taste
  • Pepper- To taste

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1. Beat 3 eggs with salt and pepper.

    Step 2.  Cut all veggies in a triangle shape, meanwhile boil potato on the side.

    Step 3. Fry all veggies together.

    Step 4. After that, add the beaten egg mixed with all veggies and cover with a lid for 3-4 min. Your Spanish omelet is ready to be served.
