Ingredients

1 cup of Boiled and drained Penne Pasta

1 ½ cups of Milk

1 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese

Salt, Pepper to taste

1 tablespoon of dried Italian Herbs

½ teaspoon of Chilli flakes

3 tablespoons of Olive Oil

2 tablespoons of Whole Wheat Flour

Water to boil Pasta

2 cups of finely chopped Spinach

1 tablespoon of finely chopped Garlic

Step By Step Method

  • Heat a pan, add a tablespoon of olive oil, saute garlic till light brown and saute the spinach for 3-4 minutes till it softens up. Add ½ a cup of milk and cook for a minute. Cool this mixture and blend the spinach milk mixture in a blender.

    Now take another pan, heat olive oil and saute the wheat flour till light brown. Now add the rest of the milk little by little and keep stirring till it turns into a creamy sauce. Stir in all the dried Italian herbs, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper into the sauce. Now add the blended spinach mixture to the sauce. Cook for a minute. Turn off the heat and mix in the grated cheese. Now add the cooked pasta to this sauce. Your delicious Spinach Pasta is ready.
