Stuffed Pizza in a star shape.


For Pizza Dough - 1 Cup Refined Flour 1 Spoon Dry Yeast 1 Spoon Sugar 7-8 spoons of warm water Butter - 2 Table Spoon Salt Warm water as required For Stuffing - 17- 18 garlic 1 inch ginger 1 Large carrot 1 Red Capsicum 1 Yellow Capsicum 1 Green Capsicum 2 Onions 4 Blanched Baby corns 5-6 Mushrooms 3 Blanched Tomatoes 2 table spoon cream 4-5 table spoon oil Salt as required Haldi Powder- a pinch Mirchi Powder - 1 table spoon Dhaniya Powder - 2 table Spoon Tomato Sauce - 3 - 4 table Spoon Soya Sauce - 1 table Spoon Vinegar - 1 Tea Spoon Mozarella Cheese as required

Step By Step Method

  • For Dough - In warm water add sugar and yeast. Let it ferment for around 10 minutes. Add fermented yeast in flour and combine it nicely. Add Salt and water as required and combine the whole ingredients. Now add butter and give your dough a good massage for 10 - 15 minutes. Grease one bowl and let the dough sit in warm place for at least 1 hour or till the dough rises. For Stuffing Heat Wok and add oil to it. Now add finely chopped ginger and garlic and let it splutter. Add finely chopped carrot and saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add finely chopped onions and saute it for 2 minutes. Add finely chopped mushrooms and saute it for 2 minutes. Add finely chopped capsicums and saute it for 2 minutes. Now add blanched baby corns and give it a quick stir. Add all dry masala powders and saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add little water if it is required. Peel the skin of blanched tomatoes and finely chop it. Add it to the wok and saute it nicely for 3 - 4 minutes. add salt to taste, Add tomato sauce, soya sauce and vinegar. Saute it for 1 minute. Add cream and give it a quick stir and switch of the flame. Add grated mozarella cheese. For making Pizza - Roll 4 chapatis from the fermented dough. Pierce it slightly with fork. On a greased baking dish place one chapatti and spread the stuffing on it now place another chapatti and again spread the mixture. Do the same with third chapati and spread the mixture. Cover it with 4th chapati. Place a small bowl in the center of chapati and using a knife make 8 slits. Make sure do not cut it beyond that bowl. Now twist all the 8 parts slightly. Pre-heat your oven. Bake your pizza for around 10 minutes at 170 degree or as required. Serve hot.
