1. 5 Medium Sized Capsicum 2. ¼ Kg Minced Mutton (Kheema) 3. 2 Onions 4. 3 Medium sized Tomatoes 5. Green Coriander 6. Ginger-Garlic Paste 7. 1 Cup Rice 8. Red Chilli Powder 9. ½ Teaspoon Garam Masala 10. ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder 11. Coriander Powder 12. Jeera Powder 13. 1 Maggi Soup Cup (Masala or Chicken) 14. 100 ml Cooking Oil 15. Salt to taste

Step By Step Method

  • 1. Wash the capsicum and scoop out the seeds of capsicum. 2. Finely chop Onion, Tomato and Coriander. 3. Wash the mince meat (Kheema) and add salt, garlic-ginger paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder. Fry the Mince Meat (Kheema) with little oil and keep aside. 4. Mix the finely chopped tomato, onion, coriander, crushed Maggi soup cube with minced meat adding jeera powder, coriander, Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala Powder, salt and oil. Mix well all the ingredients softly. 5. To the above mixture of minced meat and dry ingredients, add washed rice. Mix softly, then fill the whole mixture inside the scooped out capsicum. 6. Put the capsicum inside the Prestige Popular Plus Senior pressure cooker erect. 7. Take 2 cups of water, add salt and pour remaining mixture of masalas (prepared above for stuffing) with little oil inside the cooker 8. cook on high flame till one whistle 9. serve it in bowl
