A chicken dish with an eloquent stuffing fried and then baked to perfection with a refreshing chimichurri, a parsely based sauce.


Chicken breast 450 gm Spinach 200 gm Mushroom - 200gm Bacon- 2 strips Oil-10 ml Salt, pepper-to taste Parsely-10gm


Flat pan, blender and a convection oven.

Step By Step Method

  • 1.Cut the chicken breast into a heart shape. Pat the chicken into a flat shape. And season it q 2.Roll spinach, mushroom inside the bacon and season it . 3.Stuff the three into the chicken . 4.Roll the chicken and cover with a plastic wrap and cool it in a fridge for 30 mins. 5.Remove the wrap and shallow fry the chicken till it turns golden brown. 6. Cover with a foil paper and bake at 180°c for 10 minutes. For the sauce: Mix cilantro/coriander, parsley, olive oil, dry red chilly,vinegar,garlic and water and make a puree. Check consistency and season with salt. Serve the chicken with the chimichurri sauce on the side.
