Tandoori Chili Chicken is lightly coated in a large saucepan with oil and set over medium-high heat followed by the simple recipe to enjoy a party overnight.


250 gms.of Chicken (cut into ½ inch pieces)
½ of Onion (cut into cubes)
4 no. of Garlic (finely chopped)
½ inch of Ginger (finely chopped)
2 tbsp of Soya Sauce
1 tbsp of Vinegar
3-4 no. of Green Chillies (slit long)
1 no. of Capsicum (cut into thin strips)
1 tsp of Sugar
2 tsp of Sherry Wine (optional)
1 tbsp of Corn Flour mixed with ¼ cup of Water
2 ½ tbsp of Oil
Salt to taste

Step By Step Method

  • Step 1

    To the baking tray add two and half table spoon oil, ginger, garlic, soya sauce and chicken pieces. Mix well.

    Step 2

    Add the remaining ingredients. Mix them well. Keep the baking tray.

    Step 3

    Bake at 200o Centigrade for about 30 minutes. Turn the chicken pieces midway during the cooking process. Serve hot.
