Perfect meal for Tandoori lovers, It's just Awesome in taste and can be served with Iddiappams / bread / or Parathas


Motton / chicken Keema 1 kg Onion 500gm Tomato puree 500gm Everest Tandoori chicken masala 2 tsp Jeera powder 1/2 tsp Pepper powder 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi 1tsp Red chilli powder 1tsp Dhaniya powder 1 tsp Salt as required Garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp Mughal masala powder 1 full packet Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs Fresh cream 250 ml

  • Take a pressure cooker.... Add oil...saute Onions.. Add gg paste... Then Keema... Add all the rest of the masalas , Kasuri methi and tomato puree. One whisle and Keema ready... Lastly add fresh cream and cook for 5 min and give charcoal smoke.... Your Tandoori Keema ready
