Ingredients

Paneer cubes1/3”-50gm

Potato cubes air fried 1/3”-50gm

Boiled green peas-25gm

Toasted almonds chopped-15gm

Salt-to taste

Turmeric powder-¼tspn

Red chili powder-5gm

Roasted jeera powder-5gm

Step By Step Method

Step 1. Deseed peppers, wash, pat dry and keep aside. Reserve the caps for later use.
Step 2. Make a mixture by combining paneer, potato, peas, almonds, turmeric, chili powder, salt and jeera powder. Divide into three parts.
Step 3. Stuff the peppers with this mixture and cover with caps.
Step 4. Pre heat the Air fryer at 180° C for four minutes. Lightly coat the fryer basket with oil.
Step 5. Keep the peppers in the basket and lightly brush with oil. Air fry at 180° C for 6 minutes or till done.
Step 6. Serve hot. Garnish with pomegranate seeds & roasted papad triangles.
